Commercials are 15-30s long and are designed to run for the quarterly season, and will be displayed on vertical-compliant platforms. Scripting, location scouting, lighting, acting, and editing are all included.

Common Pricing Questions
Do you offer services a la cart?
Yes, we offer certain services a la cart such as websites, branding, and print designs.
We offer other monthly items like SEO services, and Review Mint.
We do not offer ads management a la cart.
What if I already have a website?
Often times we can take over your current website and are happy to do so, however, starting from scratch will allow us a better opportunity to build our successful formula into your website from the ground up (as opposed to retroactively).
We regularly see our fresh builds not only perform better, but look better too.
What if I want to move up during the agreement term?
In good faith cases we may promote or demote your service level at any time.
If you wish to promote your service level beyond month 4 in the cycle we may need to discuss a contract extension to be able to deliver additional one-time items.
Will the price increase?
Agency: We reserve the right to request a change in pricing, but generally no.
Ad Spend: We do have a tiered pricing based on ad spend. It takes more time to manage larger budgets.

What information do you need about my business?
We have an onboarding form we will cover. In addition to those items we would like to know:
- Your main lead source
- Topline revenue
- Lifetime value (LTV) of your customers (Avg $ per patient or client/12mo)
- Closing rate (ex: For 10 leads you get 5 closes = 50% conversion rate)
- Current customer acquisition cost
- Revenue targets
If you do not have these figures we can help you discover them.
How long is onboarding?
We complete onboarding within 1 month.
Explain the 6 month contract timeline.
The 6 month contract begins immediately and the new website is set up during month 1. Ads begin month 2.
We require 6 month minimum as it can take time for SEO to gain traction.
What happens when the 6 months is up?
After 6 months you may renew your ongoing marketing website contract on a monthly basis, with a 30-day cancellation notice policy.
What if I want to discontinue the contract early?
We have a termination fee calculated as the remaining unpaid balance of the website development fee, which is valued $8,000, prorated over the initial six (6) month term.
Do I own the website outright?
Yes. Once the 6 month term is complete, or upon completing the termination fee, your website is yours free and clear with no altered functionality, removed code, or locked areas.
All attached accounts and properties like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc. are all your property.
We intentionally structure our work to make disconnection easy. If you wish to leave us, your assets are all yours quickly and cleanly.
