A representative from Bent Creative will reach out to you to determine your Tap Card or QR Stand needs, and will get those items sent to you within a few business days.

I need more than 5 tap cards for my employees. How does this work?

We offer additional cards or QR stands at $7.99 per card or stand.

Your account can have an unlimited amount of cards or stands.

Will the cards stop working if I cancel my account?

Yes, your cards will no longer work once your service ends.

Explain billing terms.

Upon signing up, you will be billed for the month (or year) immediately.

Upon closing your account, your account will remain open during the remainder of the billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds if you cancel halfway through the billing cycle. Instead, your account will continue to work for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Does Bent Creative or Review Mint need access to my Google Business Profile?

No! You can link your profile in your account to manage your GBP, respond to reviews, and more.
